Requirements

• Botble Core: Version 7.3.0 or higher
• Required Plugin: botble/payment (Ecommerce Payment System)
• Lemon Squeezy Account: API Key, Store ID, Variant ID, and Webhook Secret required
• PHP: 8.1 or higher

Installation

Automatic Installation

1. Go to your Admin Panel → Plugins → Add New Plugin.
2. Search for Lemon Squeezy Payment Gateway.
3. Click Install, then Activate.

Manual Installation

1. Download the plugin from the marketplace.
2. Upload the lemonsqueezy folder to platform/plugins/.
3. Go to Admin Panel → Plugins and click Activate.

How to Use

Step 1: Create a Generic Product

1. Go to your Lemon Squeezy Dashboard.
2. Create a new product (e.g., "Store Order Payment").
3. Set it as a one-time payment product.
4. Note the Variant ID from the product page.

Step 2: Generate an API Key

1. Go to Settings → API in your Lemon Squeezy dashboard.
2. Generate a Test API key for sandbox testing.
3. Generate a Live API key for production.

Step 3: Configure the Plugin

1. Navigate to Admin Panel → Ecommerce → Settings → Payments.
2. Locate Lemon Squeezy and enter:
   • API Key (Test or Live)
   • Store ID
   • Variant ID
   • Webhook Signing Secret
3. Set the mode to Test or Live.
4. Save settings.

Step 4: Setup Webhooks

1. In your Lemon Squeezy dashboard, go to Settings → Webhooks.
2. Add a new webhook endpoint with the URL: https://your-site.com/payment/lemonsqueezy/webhook
3. Subscribe to events: order_created, order_refunded.
4. Copy the Signing Secret and paste it into the plugin settings.

Test Mode vs Live Mode

Important: Lemon Squeezy uses the same API URL for both modes. The mode is determined by the API key you use.

Security Features

• HMAC SHA256 Webhook Verification: Every incoming webhook is verified against your signing secret.
• Idempotent Processing: Cache locks prevent duplicate order processing.
• Currency Validation: Mismatches between expected and paid currencies are logged.
• CSRF Protection: Webhook endpoint is properly excluded from CSRF middleware.
