Webhooks (Zapier, Make, n8n, Etc)

Connect your Botble CMS store to the entire world. This plugin allows you to send real-time data to Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly, or any custom server using standard HTTP Webhooks.

Installation

1. Upload the webhooks folder to platform/plugins.
2. Go to Admin Panel → Plugins.
3. Find Webhooks (Zapier, Make, n8n) and click Activate.
4. A new Webhooks menu will appear in the sidebar.

How to Use

Create a Webhook

1. Go to Webhooks → Webhooks.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter a name (e.g., "Zapier Order Sync").
4. Select an event (e.g., "Order Placed").
5. Paste your webhook URL.
6. Set status to Active and save.

Test Your Connection

1. Click the test icon next to your webhook.
2. Check Webhooks → Logs for a successful response.

Automation

Whenever the selected event occurs on your site, data will automatically be sent to your configured webhook URL.

Connecting to Automation Platforms

n8n

1. Create a new workflow.
2. Add a Webhook node.
3. Set method to POST.
4. Copy the webhook URL.
5. Paste it into Botble.
6. Use test webhook to send sample data.

Make.com

1. Create a new scenario.
2. Add a Custom Webhook module.
3. Copy the generated URL.
4. Paste it into Botble.
5. Use test webhook to detect data structure.

Zapier

1. Create a new Zap.
2. Select Webhooks by Zapier.
3. Choose Catch Hook.
4. Copy the webhook URL.
5. Paste it into Botble.
6. Send test data.

Supported Events

• Ecommerce: Order Placed, Created, Completed, Cancelled, Payment Confirmed, Returned, Shipping Status Changed, Product Viewed
• Customers: Email Verified
• Contact: New Contact Message
• Newsletter: Subscriber Added, Unsubscribed
